  • Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days within the UAE.

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days within the UAE (additional charges may apply).

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, customs).


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges depend on order size, weight, and chosen shipping method.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier’s website or using the tracking link provided.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages
